Another point that goes along with the DMV is look at the one system of nationalized healthcare we have. The VA system. It is GOD awful. The staff doesn’t give a shit about patient care. The waits are forever. The saying is “hurry up and wait.” I worked at the VA when I was a resident and I would NEVER want to go there for healthcare However, I have a question. Why cant a "private" DMV pop up and make competition to current DMV? In that same manner, can´t there be universal healthcare, with government-run hospitals, AND also allow private hospitals to run their business as normally? A license is a state issued document so unfortunately there is no way around.
